Hello and welcome back! Today, we want to discuss some exciting changes happening at The Lock Box Advantage. One of our most beloved offerings, the Commitment Call, is evolving to better meet the needs of our community of agents.
The Commitment Call has been an essential part of our program, Commitment Call Changes providing a space for agents to come together and hold each other accountable for their commitments. In these sessions, agents break down their financial goals and reverse engineer the necessary contact counts and prospecting activities required to achieve those goals. We track daily commitments, including attempts made, contacts reached, appointments booked, and conversions, ensuring that every step of the prospecting funnel is monitored closely.
Agents enter their metrics into a Google form, and our backend system compiles this data into a Google Sheet that calculates progress towards quarterly goals. This visual representation allows agents to easily see their conversion rates and overall progress. It’s a powerful tool for identifying areas needing attention, helping individuals regain momentum or launch their careers with clarity.
However, after a year of running these calls, it became evident that some agents enjoy the data but simply don’t have the time to commit to daily check-ins. We understand that balancing a busy schedule with the need for consistent data can be challenging. Therefore, we’re introducing a more flexible approach.
Starting October 1st, our next cycle will shift from daily calls to a weekly commitment. Each agent will choose one day a week to call in and review their metrics with the group. This change allows for a deeper connection among agents while maintaining accountability and competition in a supportive environment.
Despite the change in format, daily reporting remains essential. Agents will still enter their progress online every day, allowing them to monitor their performance and track metrics at their convenience. If someone wants to check their numbers midweek, they can do so through our backend portal, ensuring they always stay informed about their performance.
Additionally, the structure of our mastermind conversations will be revamped. Instead of hosting different discussions each day, we will focus on one key topic throughout the week. This consistency will provide all participants with an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, share insights, and contribute to a richer learning experience.
The new format is designed for those who want to dip their toes into the coaching world without committing to one-on-one sessions. This is not about personalized training or system development; rather, it’s about gaining clarity on daily activities and having a support system to help keep you on track.
The flexibility of this new format allows agents to retain control over their schedules while benefiting from the accountability of a dedicated group. It’s no secret that many in our industry struggle with motivation when left to their own devices. This program offers a solution—a way to ensure accountability while still allowing for independence.
